Day by day, tourism marketing urges us towards inaccessible lands where authenticity, ressourcement and discoveries are ways of life. Never the less, tourism would accelerate homogenization of cultures and destroys nature sites emptying travel of its essence. Likewise, tourism development let the people living in target regions glimpse at the perspective of substantial benefits without ever granting them. It also omits to warn against possible risks of the activity. Travelers, or inhabitants, many are those who saw themselves abused by marketing detours. Indeed the interests, means and challanges of the tourism sector are such that it is impossible to trust tourism propaganda.

Facing as well economic challenges, alternative tourism is not free from taking a formatted marketing line. The presence of advertisement or info-mercials does not prompt trust and this sector, as interesting and positive as it may seem, remains a marginal trend, if one considers the importance of worldwide tourism.

In order to provide the public with a trustworthy information, All Exclusive must be independent, financially and politically. So far, All Exclusive relies on personal fundings. The work presented here has not ben ordered by any organism or tourism association. Our approach is thus objective or at least free of commercial interests. On the long run, a funding strategy will be designed so that All Exclusive keeps its independent and constructive nature. The following alternatives are under study :

  • Volunteer participatory funding
  • Sponsorships
  • Public fundings
  • Non touristy advertisement

Until such a strategy is set up, All Exclusive will rely on private fundings. One thing is certain, you will find here no advertisement for a destination or a tourism product, not even info-mercials. On this matter, all users are kindly asked to signal any advertisement like commentary or content. The concerned bits will be immediatly deleted.
